TOPIC: Preparing Tea Receipe

Materials Required: 1. Tea leaf-10 gm

                                    2. sugar-10 gm

                                    3. water-50 ml

                                    4. milk-150 ml

                                    5. tea masala(dalchini, ginger,marich,lwang,sukumel,elaichi mixed in                                          powder form-10 gm)

Procedure: i) Put sauce pan on flame of gas.

                    ii) Pour milk and let it boil.

                    iii) Pour water on it and boil it.

                    iv) Mix sugar, tea leaves and tea masala.

                    v) Stir it properly.

                    vi) Let it boil for few minutes- 3 min.

                    vii) Now your nepali tea is ready.
